Summary

Our partner, L Brands, has implemented a number of growth programs. Over the last four years, we have completed 75 tenant improvements. We have also worked on nationwide conversion and rollout programs.

Most recently, we implemented the storefront program. L Brands wanted to draw people into their Victoria’s Secret storefronts. To do this, they rolled out a modern, eye-catching update that included new light fixtures and 10 furnishings that featured new product at the entry of the store. We rolled out this program to 112 stores across the West Coast in three weeks, helping Victoria’s Secret reach their goal smoothly and swiftly without sacrificing quality.
