Summary

Oppidan Investment acquired a vacant 45,000 square foot building on a 4-acre site in Buena Park, CA, and enlisted our help to convert the former grocery store and pharmacy into a new Orchard Supply Hardware store. The process included schematic design and construction documentation to combine the two adjacent buildings into one store. The project began in December 2014 and opened less than a year later in October 2015.
