Our work on La Tijera Shopping Center in Los Angeles involved a 7.4-acre site with 100,000 square feet of ground-up projects and 60,000 square feet of renovations. The challenge that our partners at Red Mountain Group asked us to overcome with this project was to convert the existing stores in the shopping center to accommodate contemporary designs for retail spaces. Our team was able to keep the renovations and ground-ups moving forward and on schedule despite the complexity and scale of the project. Red Mountain Group was very impressed with our efficiency, quality, and ability to carry out their vision of La Tijera as a focal point of the local community.
