In California, we are working with a Wendy’s client to implement the new design guidelines, including operational efficiencies and energy-efficient designs, from the latest corporate prototypes. A portion of our work includes planning and permitting, which in California, can be challenging with strict requirements from local jurisdictions. We have been able to get planning approvals from cities and the coastal commission in record time. Our attention to detail, preparedness, and persistence keeps projects on track.
