Ken McCracken is a co-founder and principal at PM Design Group. Partnering with Roy Pedro in 2009, he started PM Design Group with the desire to build a great company. Today he serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer.
With over 30 years of experience in architecture and engineering, Ken has helped clients in a range of industries. Throughout his career, Ken has honed his skills and developed a passion for efficiency and process.
Under Ken’s leadership, PM Design has grown by embracing efficiency and innovation. He challenges himself and PMDG employees to strive for excellence in all they do. Ken also keeps a watchful eye on technological developments within our field. These values helped expand our survey and data collection team, utilizing state-of-the-art photo and scanning technology.
Ken is a champion for talent development and is always seeking opportunities to help employees achieve their goals. He has expanded the internship program to bring in college students so they can gain surveying and CAD drafting skills.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a registered architect in all 50 states, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) in California.
