We completed a combination of ground-up buildings and tenant improvements, 20 in total. Our team included our contractor partner, and together, we converted existing locations to the new prototype faster than any other working on the Buffalo Wild Wings conversion program. The ground-up projects included the new stadia prototypical design. The design, while preferred by our client, was not widely accepted by local jurisdictions. We worked with our client and the jurisdictions to maintain the brand while incorporating jurisdictional requirements.
